Pricing

  • All product prices are indicated on the website.
  • All prices on the website are shown in EUROS and include VAT.
  • All prices on this website are valid unless there is a typographical error or system failure.
  • The seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to justified problems and refund the purchase price to the customer.

Availability

THE COMPANY informs the Customer that under no circumstances will THE COMPANY intentionally offer for sale more units than it has available or the supplier has reserved for it. THE COMPANY will do its best to satisfy all its Customers in the demand of the products. In the event that the product is not available after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order. Partial cancellation of the order due to unavailability does not entitle the Customer to cancellation of the entire order. If as a result of this cancellation the customer wants to return the delivered product, he/she must follow the stipulations in the Return section.

Payment

The Client agrees to make payment at the time the order is placed. The receipt or proof of purchase corresponding to the order will be available and can be viewed on https://picotex.es in the “My Account” → “Orders” section. The Client must pay the total amount of the order by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and/or other similar cards), or via PayPal. The card used for payment must be issued by a Spanish bank or savings institution. Card payments are processed through a secure POS terminal with the appropriate security protocols. The Client must notify THE COMPANY of any unauthorized or fraudulent charges on the card used for purchases, either by email or phone, as soon as possible so that THE COMPANY can take the appropriate action.

Security

THE COMPANY has the highest security measures commercially available in the industry. In addition, the payment process works on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The secure server establishes a connection so that the information is transmitted encrypted using 128-bit algorithms, which ensure that it is only intelligible to the Customer’s computer and the Web Site’s computer. In this way, by using the SSL protocol it is guaranteed:

Formalization of orders

Once the order is formalized, i.e., with the acceptance of the Terms of Use and the confirmation of the purchase process, THE COMPANY will always send an email to the CUSTOMER confirming the details of the purchase made.

Order cancellation

THE COMPANY will accept order cancellations if requested before the order is shipped. Cancellations made within two hours of placing the order will be free of charge; any cancellations made after that period may incur a variable fee depending on the order. To request a cancellation, please use the “Customer Service” form or send an email to info@picotex.com.

Deadlines, delivery locations and losses

I. Delivery of the product

THE COMPANY undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Customer in the order form, which in any case must be within the Territory. In order to optimize the delivery, we thank the Customer to indicate an address where the order can be delivered during normal working hours. THE COMPANY shall not be liable for any errors caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the order form does not correspond to reality or has been omitted. THE COMPANY informs the Customer that it is possible that the same order may be divided into several deliveries.

II. Delivery time

Shipments will be made through a courier company. The order placed by you will be delivered within the maximum period requested in your product form since we have made the order confirmation. However, the COMPANY is not directly responsible for the delays that could be the objective and cause of the courier company. These delivery times are average, and therefore an estimate. It is therefore possible that they may vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. In case of delays in deliveries, THE COMPANY will inform its customers as soon as it becomes aware of them. Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment at which the carrier makes the product available to the Customer, which is materialized through the control system used by the carrier. In the event of delays in the delivery of orders attributable to THE COMPANY, the Customer may cancel his order in accordance with the procedure described in Section “11. Return”. Delays in delivery will not be considered in cases where the order has been made available to the Customer by the carrier within the agreed time and could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the Customer. Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will be sent an e-mail notifying you that your order has been accepted and is being shipped. For security reasons, THE COMPANY will not ship any order to PO Boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.

III. Delivery Data

Deliveries not made and Loss: If after 7 working days after the delivery of the order has not been arranged delivery, the Customer must contact the COMPANY. If the Customer does not proceed in this way, after 10 working days from the departure to distribution of the order it will be returned to our warehouses and the Customer must bear the cost of shipping and return to origin of the goods, as well as any associated management costs. If the reason for the non-delivery is the loss of the package, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, the response time of our carriers usually ranges from one to three weeks.

IV. Diligence in delivery

The Customer must check the good condition of the package before the carrier that, on behalf of the COMPANY, makes the delivery of the requested product, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that could be detected in the packaging. If, subsequently, after reviewing the product, the Customer detects any incident such as a blow, breakage, signs of having been opened or any damage caused by the shipment, it undertakes to notify the COMPANY via email in the shortest possible time, within 24 hours of delivery. After that time no such incidents will be dealt with.

V. Refund Procedure

Once you have received the order you have a period of 15 days from the date of delivery of the product to return it without having to justify any cause or excuse. In this case the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The customer will be responsible for all expenses incurred as a result of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, as well as any deterioration of the product. Once the 15 days have elapsed, the article cannot be returned. Indispensable in any return.

If the product is defective in origin. Once PICO-TEX S.L. has received the defective product, it will send you another one. In this case the exchange will always be made for the same article or reference. Product that, by mistake, does not correspond to the one ordered. PICO-TEX S.L. will bear the cost of collection of the wrong product and delivery of the product corresponding to the order placed. In case it is a gift. It may be exchanged if the product has not been unsealed and is in perfect condition.
The amount of the purchase will never be refunded but the exchange can be made for an article of the same amount or higher. The shipping costs, and the difference in price if any, shall be borne by the person making the exchange.

IMPORTANT:

PICO-TEX S.L. will not resend any merchandise until we have verified the receipt and condition of packaging and accessories of the item being returned or exchanged in our warehouse.
